One Change With Vega

I’m definitely not a breakfast skipper, but this image fits be best as I am always in a hurry come morning time.  In order to keep up with the physical demands of triathlon training, I have to make sure to start the day off right.  Vega One has always been a great morning option for me.  It’s quick, it’s easy, and it tastes delicious.

As, with most things I cook or bake, I like to keep the recipes simple.  I make my favorite Vega One shake using almond milk/water/ice, avocado, any type of frozen fruit (usually strawberries or blueberries), and a half of a banana.  Mix it all up in the blender and there you go.  If you don’t have time for that combo, just combine water or the milk beverage of your choice and Vega One.  It still tastes great.  Check out other Vega recipes HERE.
